Accommodation

Where should I stay?
Your 3-night-stay at Borgo Casabianca is fully covered as part of the wedding weekend.  (Friday thru Monday morning) . Each room and suite is equipped with air conditioning, & Wi-Fi.  If you would like to stay longer at Borgo Casabianca, please book with them directly.

We recommend that you arrive in Italy a couple of days earlier than Friday July 24th to let yourself get acclimated to the time change and to enjoy exploring a country we love so much.

Do I need a power converter or adapter?
Yes — Italy uses Type C and Type F plugs, with 230 volts and 50 Hz electrical current (different from the U.S. 110 V). Be sure to bring a European power adapter and voltage converter for electronics such as hair tools.⚡

Will breakfast or lunch be provided in addition to the hosted wedding events?
Yes, Borgo Casabianca has a lovely, on-site restaurant where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and light bites.

What time is check-in on Friday, July 24th ?  - 2 pm

RSVP & Attendance

When should I RSVP?
Kindly RSVP by Feb 24th, 2026 - As our celebration in Tuscany is approaching quickly and the number of rooms at the Borgo is limited, we ask that all replies be submitted by this date so we can finalize details. IF YOU KNOW THAT YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO MAKE IT, PLEASE DON’T DELAY YOUR RESPONSE.

Can I bring a guest or my children?
Due to the limited space at Borgo Casabianca, our celebration will be adult-only for the name or names written on your invitation.

What if my plans change after I RSVP?
We understand life happens! If you need to update your RSVP, please contact us directly so we can adjust accommodations and seating arrangements.

Think TUSCAN SUMMER CHIC — elegant yet effortless. Lightweight fabrics, soft neutrals, and a hint of vintage flair are perfect. PLEASE REFER TO THE SCHEDULE PAGE FOR MORE DETAILS.

Should I pack anything special?
Comfortable shoes are helpful on cobblestones and grassy paths. Sunglasses and hats are encouraged for daytime events.

TRAVEL IRON OR STEAMER - NOT ALL ROOMS ARE EQUIPPED WITH ONE.

Swimsuits, Cover-ups, Shorts & Sandals for Sunday’s  Pool party!! Don’t forget the sunscreen!

What’s the weather like in late July?
Expect sunny skies and warm/hot afternoons (80–90 °F / 27–32 °C) with cooler evenings. We recommend light fabrics and a wrap or jacket for nights.

Food & Drinks

What type of food will be served?
Classic Tuscan cuisine — fresh pasta, grilled meats, and seasonal produce from nearby farms. All paired with plenty of Italian wine and amore.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely.  Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. Our chef will happily prepare something special for you.

Non-Alcholic beverages will also be available.

Gifts & Registry

Are you registered anywhere?
Your presence is truly the greatest gift ♥️ —but for those who wish to honor us further, we’ve created a Honeymoon Registry where contributions go toward our Sardinian adventures — hotel stays, boat tours, vineyard dinners, and sunset sails. (See the Registry page.)
